Two Faces of Bone & Shadow — Introducing Síos (Lore Guide)
Share
What is Síos?
Síos is the quiet word for Down—not a hell, not a prison. It’s where the Faewilde’s dead are nearest, where shadow-fed magic runs strongest. Its denizens and relics are not confined below; they walk the wider realm whenever the stories call, adding depth rather than decay.
The Catacomb Gardens 🌹💀 (Lore Realm)
Long ago, a solemn court tended the earliest fae dead. The court fell… but the place did not wither. Magic soaked into bone and arch until the ruins became a living mausoleum. This is the Catacomb Gardens—gothic elegance among carved stone and flowering ivy, crypts glowing with a faint, honorable light.
It is not a place of horror, but of dignity. Cameos like Madame Ossuaire, Lady Lacebone, Lady Marrowvale, and Petalvenom dwell here as noble guardians and society matrons of the dead.
Note: Catacomb Gardens is a story location, not a shop category. Items inspired by it appear in Spooklight Sparkles.
The Cemetaerie 🕸️☠️ (Lore Realm)
Beyond a broken archway, shadow thickens. The land here was warped by ancestral mistakes—poisons and curses that left a permanent echo. This is the Cemetaerie: raw, unstable, and not for the faint of heart. It is not evil, but it is dangerous.
Here you’ll find relic-warnings and grim survivals: Corroselle, the diseased matriarch; Skeletoxic Waste, a caution etched in bone; and intense works like the half-skeletal, shackled figure now stalking the edge of the tales.
Note: The Cemetaerie is also a story location, not a shop category. Items inspired by it appear in Spooklight Sparkles.
