How the magic gets to you

At Fairlight by Moriarty, everything ships with care, charm, and a mild fear of gremlins in the postal system. Here’s how it works:

✨ Processing Time

Each order is packaged by hand (mine, specifically), so please allow 1–3 business days for your piece to begin its journey. Custom orders may take a bit longer, but I’ll always keep you in the loop if fairies are involved in the schedule.

✨ Shipping Methods & Rates

I ship via reliable carriers like USPS, UPS, or whatever gets your sparkle there fastest and safest.

  • Standard shipping (U.S.): Flat rate of $6.50

  • FREE shipping on U.S. orders over $75

  • Upgraded/express options: Available at checkout

  • International shipping: Offered to select locations—rates and timeframes calculated at checkout.

Please note: delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Postal workers and couriers do their best, but sometimes time runs differently in the mortal realm.

✨ Packaging

All jewelry items are shipped in sturdy, gift-worthy packaging—ready to delight upon arrival or be tucked straight into a treasure chest (or jewelry box).

Fairy figurines are carefully packaged to prevent any damage to the wings.

✨ Tracking

You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships. If it’s not in your inbox within a few days, check your spam folder—or email me at commissions@fairlightbymoriarty.com, and I’ll get you sorted.

✨ Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your package leaves my hands, it’s in the care of the postal gods. If your order seems to be taking a mysterious detour, let me know and I’ll help you track it down. I want your magic to arrive just as much as you do.
